The field tour will be hosted on Tuesday, October 6 with the conference being held on Wednesday, October 7.
Vendor Sponsorship Information
Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are available for the 2026 MADCS Conference. Choose from the options below to increase your visibility with attendees:
- Main Canal Sponsor – $1,500: Exclusive sponsor of Tuesday Dinner OR Wednesday Luncheon. Includes four (4) conference registrations, scholarship registrations for three (3) dam owners, a 5-minute opportunity to address attendees, logo featured on the website/outreach/social media, program recognition, and a prime exhibitor table.
- Lateral Sponsor – $1,000: Reception sponsor. Includes three (3) conference registrations, scholarship registrations for two (2) dam owners, logo featured on the website/outreach/social media, program recognition, and a prime exhibitor table.
- Headgate Sponsor – $750: Break/Coffee sponsor. Includes three (3) conference registrations, scholarship registration for one (1) dam owner, program recognition, and an exhibitor table.
- Exhibitor Table Only – $500: Includes two (2) conference registrations, company listing in the program, and an exhibitor table.
